Material from the Barry Hines archive forms part of a temporary exhibition at Hoyland Library, in support of the "
Made in Hoyland" project which runs from 11th to 28th March 2013. Barry Hines is the author of "A Kestrel for a Knave", which was made into the film "Kes" directed by Ken Loach. The archive - which includes many of Barry's novels and scripts - was donated to the University of Sheffield in 2008.
